are matched to a youth's talents, interest, and skills. The
goal is for you to gain work skills and behaviors. This service
may be provided up to six months. |

| On the Job Training (OJT) - for
WIA eligible youth. Modeled as an apprenticeship,
youth gain work skills and it could lead to full-time employment.
